At BrokerageBox, we streamline the recruiting process by vetting every candidate before arranging interviews with brokerages. Each applicant must have completed formal real estate education or passed their licensing exam, along with a series of assessments that we provide. We also meet personally with candidates to evaluate their strengths and ensure alignment with the right brokerage. Only then do we designate them as BrokerageBox Certified.
When brokerage owners are notified that a candidate has expressed interest, they can move forward with confidence knowing they are meeting a well-prepared, pre-qualified professional who is ready to contribute from day one.
