There are no long term agreements and you can stop using the service at any time.

Only you have access to your information and it will never be sold to third party providers.

The core features of BrokerageBox are intended to be free for all brokerages nationwide.

There will be paid for modules and features that we will add over time, and opportunities for you to use our services to grow your business if you choose to do so, e.g. a pro plan.

You are either invited in by a brokerage owner who has joined the platform, or you may ask your managing broker to sign up, onboard, and add you to their brokerage. In the future we will have an agent only portal.

BrokerageBox aims to be an all in one solution for all your brokerage needs, from agent and office management, to agent commission and cap tracking, to transaction management and so much more.

There will be an online seminar with the brokerage owner and a representative from BrokerageBox who will go over the website services with you. We will also have a comprehensive video of the features rendered, and a help page.

Yes, Summa Real Estate Group has been using a similar program that was proprietary to them since 2014. It was called Summa BaseCamp and it ultimately proved the basis for a white labelled version which we now call BrokerageBox.
